Precision mechanics is a discipline of mechanics that deals with the production of machine parts for the industrial, agricultural, medical.
One of the machines used for the construction and maintenance of these machines is the lathe. Its history is very old, there are traces from prehistoric times, when it was used to produce vessels.
Of course over the centuries it has been perfected, and today there are several types, specialized for the type of production.
The latest evolution in the field of precision mechanics of the lathe is to numerically controlled, also called CNC lathe (Computer Numerical Control).
It is a machine completely controlled by a computer, in which are inserted the parameters of the workpiece that is to be produced. The machine parts move in totally automatic mode, and the computer, during processing, the signals received by sensors that allow it to monitor the smooth running of the work. If, for any reason (such as tool consumption) sensors detect abnormalities in the production of the piece, the computer makes the necessary corrections during construction. The precision of the pieces obtained with this machine is measured in the order of hundredths or thousandths of a millimeter.

Our company was born in 1996 in the province of Vicenza as a small company of precision machining and, in 2000 the need to have more space for our production, it led us to choose the venue of Zimella, in the province of Verona, where, still today, all the realization of our products happens.
From the beginning we have augmented the machinery and the organic; since there, today, all our products made by the qualified staff are shipped.
We have 20 years of experience in the field of precision mechanical components, but we continue to invest in the technology innovation and in the quality of the final product.
Our company structure it’s composed of Carlo, Luca, Paola Pasqualotto and Agostino Dalla Gassa, all daily engaged with highly responsibility roles inside the company.
Our team, instead, is composed of more than 20 qualified workers in the precision machining coordinated by a head of production and by a head of quality control, both of them always in direct contact withe their own customers.
